Welcome to the Upstate Race Series gear store. By placing an order you agree to the terms below.

Products

All items are printed to order through third-party print-on-demand partners. Colors may vary slightly from on-screen images due to monitor settings and the printing process. Product images are for illustration; artwork size and placement may differ slightly on the finished item.

Pricing, promotions and payment

All prices are in US dollars. We accept the payment methods shown at checkout. Prices, promotions (including free shipping thresholds) and availability may change without notice. Discount codes are subject to the terms stated with each offer and may be limited to one use per customer.

Orders

We may refuse or cancel any order, for example if an item becomes unavailable from our print partner or we suspect fraud. If we cancel, you will receive a full refund.

The Upstate Race Series name, race names, logos and all artwork on this site are the property of Upstate Race Series and may not be reproduced without written permission.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Upstate Race Series is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of this store. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.
